Common Questions

Will I receive an invoice/receipt?

Definitely! You'll receive a copy of your receipt immediately upon purchase. You'll be able to edit it to add any specific info you need (name, address, VAT numbers…).

What happens after I purchase?

When you purchase team licenses, an administrator account will be created for you. A moment or two after purchase, you'll be sent a login link by email.

You'll log onto my custom course platform. As a team administrator, you'll be able to send invitations to your teammates. You'll enter the names and emails of every license-holder, and they'll receive a welcome email with instructions for onboarding.

Can I purchase additional licenses later?

Yes! When you purchase team licenses, you’ll gain access to the Team Administrator dashboard. You can purchase additional licenses at any time through the dashboard.

Can I reassign licenses?

Licenses are intended to be used by a single teammate and cannot typically be reassigned. That said, we do make exceptions in cases where the teammate leaves the organization shortly after receiving a license.

Is there a team discount?

Yes! You’ll receive a 10% discount starting with 4+ licenses, and the discount rate climbs to 20% at 16+ licenses. This discount will be applied automatically during checkout.

Do team licenses support regional pricing?
I’m afraid that the “regional licenses” feature is available exclusively for individuals. Team licenses are always sold at the same global price.
